어떤 업무를 담당하나요?
- 마케팅팀 전반적인 업무를 지원합니다.
- 영문 콘텐츠 번역 및 현지화를 담당합니다. (소셜 미디어/광고 카피, 콘텐츠 기획안 등)
- 온·오프라인 이벤트 운영을 보조합니다.
- 소셜 미디어 지표 및 (일간)보고서를 업데이트합니다.
- 간단한 영상 및 이미지 콘텐츠 편집
- 이스포츠 및 일반 마케팅 트렌드를 조사하고 분석합니다.
- 이스포츠 및 전통 스포츠 팀·브랜드의 마케팅 사례를 연구합니다.
- Discord, Reddit과 같은 커뮤니티 플랫폼을 활용한 인사이트를 도출하고 마케팅에 참여합니다.

- Photoshop, Illustrator, 영상 편집 툴을 포함한 콘텐츠 편집 기술을 갖춘 분

Position Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong command of English, and an interest in both esports and traditional sports industries.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing through direct support of various tasks, including event coordination, content creation, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for overall marketing team tasks
- Translate content to and from English (social media/advertising copy, website/store content, etc.)
- Assist with both online and offline event coordination
- Update social media metrics and reports daily
- Edit basic content such as short-form videos or photos
- Conduct market research and trend analysis, with a focus on the esports industry and general marketing trends
- Research marketing case studies of esports and traditional sports teams and brands
- Utilize and understand community platforms such as Discord and Reddit for marketing insights and engagement
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok, etc.) and an understanding of how to leverage them for marketing
- High interest in current trends and emerging digital platforms
- Competence in working with basic office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in tasks and projects
- Experience in fandom activities, including participation in idol fan clubs, and deep engagement with various content such as movies, webtoons, and sports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Genuine interest in esports (experience in playing games - especially LoL, Valorant, and/or regular consumption of esports-related content)
- Skills in content editing (video/photo editing using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
- Experience living in an English-speaking country or an international setting
- Familiarity with community engagement on platforms like Discord and Reddit
- Proficiency in English (fluency in both speaking and writing)
